Who is 9ks? The History and Background of Our Platform
9ks was founded on a simple yet powerful vision: to create an online gaming space that Malaysians could truly trust. Our founders — a group of online gambling industry veterans with a combined experience of over two decades — recognised that many local players were struggling with opaque platforms, slow withdrawals, and unresponsive customer support.
From that problem, 9ks. This platform was built from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind — a familiar interface, local payment methods, and support in both Bahasa Melayu and English. We understand the Malaysian player's lifestyle, which is why every decision we make always starts with the question: "Is this truly the best for our members?"
